Services

All services rendered, including injectables (Botox, fillers, etc.), laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures, are strictly non-refundable . This policy is in alignment with industry standards for medical spas, as results can vary based on individual physiology, adherence to aftercare instructions, and other factors outside of our direct control. We encourage all clients to thoroughly discuss their aesthetic goals and expectations with our qualified practitioners during the consultation process before proceeding with any treatment.

Should a client be dissatisfied with the outcome of a service, we encourage open communication. Bella Mac Injectors is committed to working with clients to address concerns and may offer alternative solutions, such as complimentary touch-up appointments (at the discretion of the practitioner and within a specified timeframe) or adjustments to future treatment plans, rather than monetary refunds .

Pre-Paid Packages & Series

Pre-paid packages or series of treatments are non-refundable once purchased . However, the value of any unused portion of a pre-paid package may be converted into a credit for other services or products offered at Bella Mac Injectors, provided the request is made within 90 days of the original purchase date . After 90 days, the unused portion of the package will expire and hold no monetary value. This policy ensures clients commit to their treatment plans while offering flexibility within a reasonable timeframe.

Skincare Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare product sales are final and non-refundable once opened or used . Unopened and unused retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, provided they are accompanied by the original receipt and are in their original, sealed packaging . We recommend consulting with our specialists to ensure you select the most appropriate products for your skin type and concerns.

Memberships (e.g., "The Glow Club")

Membership fees for programs like "The Glow Club" are non-refundable. Memberships are typically billed on a recurring basis, and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, access to membership benefits will cease at the end of the current billing period. Any accumulated credits or unused perks will expire according to the terms outlined in the specific membership agreement.

Deposits & Consultation Fees

All deposits made to secure appointments and all consultation fees are strictly non-refundable . Deposits are applied towards the cost of the scheduled treatment. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, our standard cancellation policy (as outlined in our Terms and Conditions) applies.

Exceptions

Bella Mac Injectors reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in rare and extenuating circumstances, at its sole discretion. Any such exceptions will be documented and communicated directly to the client.
