1. Professional Services
Bella Mac Injectors provides medical aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, under the supervision of a licensed Medical Director. All treatments are performed by qualified and trained aesthetic injectors.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
•Booking: A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
•Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
•Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will be charged a fee of $100 (or the full cost of the scheduled consultation/deposit).
•Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure our other clients are seen on time. The cancellation fee may apply.
3. Medical Disclaimers and Results
•Individual Results: Aesthetic treatments are not an exact science. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
•Medical History: You agree to provide accurate and complete medical history information. Bella Mac Injectors is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or medications.
•Informed Consent: Before any treatment, you will be required to sign an informed consent form detailing the risks, benefits, and potential side effects of the procedure.
4. Payment and Refunds
•Payment: Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and [any other accepted payment methods].
•Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on services rendered. In the event of a complication or dissatisfaction, please contact us immediately so we can discuss potential corrective measures.
•Product Sales: All sales of medical-grade skincare products are final unless the product is defective.
